HELP

Connect your account to ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes the answers from the results of our catalogue. You connect once and can revoke the connection at any time.

Before you start.

  • A Techmerion account. It is created with your Google account the first time you sign in.
  • A ChatGPT account in which you can use apps.

Connecting, step by step.

Menu names in ChatGPT change from time to time. If you do not see exactly the same words, look for the matching options.

Open the apps.

In ChatGPT, open Settings and find the section for apps, named something like Apps or Connectors.

Find the app.

Search for “Techmerion Χρηματοδοτήσεις” and select the app.

Start the connection.

Choose Connect. A page on app.techmerion.gr will open.

Sign in and check.

Sign in with Google if you are not signed in already. The approval page shows your account and what you are allowing ChatGPT to do.

Approve.

Choose “Approve”. You will return to ChatGPT and the app will be ready to use.

Before you choose “Approve”, check that the address in the browser bar is app.techmerion.gr. We never ask for a password on the approval page.

How to use it.

  • Write your question in plain words. If you wish, mention the region, the type of business and the type of funding.
  • Techmerion works mainly with businesses. Non-profit organisations and private persons can ask too: the catalogue also holds programmes for them, but not all of them, and the answer says so.
  • If ChatGPT does not use the app, ask for it explicitly, for example: “Search Techmerion Χρηματοδοτήσεις for…”.
  • Do not write names, tax numbers (ΑΦΜ), IBANs or other personal details. They are not needed for a search.
  • If you search as a private person, general facts are enough, such as the region, the kind of home or the kind of support. Do not write identity or social security numbers (ΑΜΚΑ), your income or health details.
  • Always check the link to the official source before acting.

Example questions.

You can ask in Greek or in English.

  • “Which grant programmes are open to small businesses in Crete?”
  • “Are there loans with an interest subsidy for new businesses?”
  • “Which tax incentives exist for investment in equipment?”
  • “Show me only checked programmes for farmers in Thessaly.”
  • “What are the criteria and documents for the first programme?”
  • “Which conditions on legal form and region does this programme's call set?”
  • “How many searches do I have left?”

How to read the answers.

  • Most programmes are Techmerion's summaries of the official texts; the answer says so once and reminds you to confirm the details in the official call before applying. Programmes we checked say “We checked it against the official call”, with the date of the check, and programmes with few details say “Few details, not checked”.
  • The status (open, upcoming, closed, unknown) is worked out at the time of the question. Closed programmes appear only if you ask for them.
  • The order follows first how clearly the question's words match; within that, open programmes first, then upcoming ones, then those with an unknown status, and closed ones last, then the nearest deadline. It is not a ranking of suitability.
  • If nothing is found, it only means that our catalogue has nothing that matches. It does not mean that no funding exists.
  • The app shows each programme's conditions as the call states them. Our tools do not compare your business's facts with them or judge whether you are eligible; the body running the call decides that. If you give ChatGPT your facts, it may help you read the conditions with them, labelled as a reading and not an eligibility decision; that reading is ChatGPT's, not Techmerion's.
  • ChatGPT writes the text of the answer and it may contain mistakes. Rely on the details and on the link to the official source.
  • If ChatGPT adds findings from a web search, it places them after the catalogue results, under the title “From a web search, not from the Techmerion catalogue”. They do not come from us; for a programme's status and dates, the catalogue and the official source apply.

Disconnecting the app.

  • From your account: on the “Connections” page, choose “Revoke” next to the connection. The app will no longer be able to search with your account.
  • From ChatGPT: in Settings, in the apps section, select the app and disconnect it.
  • Disconnecting does not delete your account. To delete it, see the “Your data” page.

Coming soon

Claude.

A connection for Claude is being prepared. It will use the same Techmerion account and the same searches. When it is available, we will describe it on this page.

For advanced users.

If you use an AI app that connects directly to remote MCP servers, the server address is below. The connection uses OAuth, with your Techmerion account and the same approval page.

MCP server address: https://mcp-funding.techmerion.gr/mcp

At this stage we officially support ChatGPT only. Other apps may not work.

If something does not work.

  • If ChatGPT asks you to connect again, repeat the connection steps.
  • If ChatGPT answers without using the app, mention the app explicitly in your question.
  • If you have reached the limit of 5 new searches in 24 hours, the answer says from when you can search again. You can see how many are left on the “Usage” page of your account.
  • For anything else, write to us at [email protected].
